Where are your books printed?
All our books are printed in the UK.
What’s the format of your books?
Our books come in softback (paperback) and hardback formats. For softback books, the covers are made of thick paper, whilst for the hardback option, the covers are made of a sturdier cardboard, with a laminated layer on top. Regardless of the format you go for, you’ll find the same high quality paper for the inside pages.
How quickly can I get my personalised book?
We print and ship our personalised books from the UK. Depending on where in the world you want the book shipped to and the shipping option you select, your personalised book can be with you in about 5 days after you’ve placed your order. Please note that production times vary depending on book format (hardback books take longer) and time of year (the festive period is our busiest).
Can I have the books gift wrapped?
Yes, you can add a gift wrap for each book when you check out. Oh and we’ve designed the gift wrap in such a way that you can unwrap and wrap the book back as many times as you want.
How many trees are killed to make your books?
Every book we create is unique and personalised. This means we only print books on demand rather than massive runs of the same book. We believe there’s nothing quite like turning the pages of a physical book that you can come back to time and time again. But printing books should be done with respect for nature, which is why our books are FSC certified. This means the paper we use comes from responsibly-managed forests and/or recycled sources.
